Lagoona Binh Chau Resort Village, spanning nearly 60 hectares, is strategically located along the coastal DT 994 road in Binh Chau Commune, Ho Chi Minh City. The project is meticulously planned and comprehensively developed, comprising three main zones: Residential Resort, Nature Resort, and Royale Resort & Spa.



The Royale Lotus Beach Club & Onsen Complex serves as a key amenity hub within the resort zone (Zones B & C). Rather than a standalone development, it plays a central role in connecting and elevating the overall resort experience. The complex is envisioned as a multifunctional destination featuring premium facilities such as an onsen, restaurants, conference halls, lounges, swimming pools, along with various leisure and relaxation spaces—offering a holistic wellness and resort experience amidst the pristine coastal landscape of Binh Chau.



The ceremony was attended by representatives of the Investor, DECOFI – the Main Contractor, valued partners, the Project Management Team, and related stakeholders, demonstrating a strong spirit of unity and determination to deliver the project on schedule while strictly adhering to quality benchmarks and rigorous technical standards.



As the Main Contractor, DECOFI is committed to leveraging its construction expertise, proven capabilities, and strong sense of responsibility, working closely with the Investor to deliver a world-class amenity complex. This project will contribute significantly to shaping the overall identity of Lagoona Binh Chau Resort Village, a promising new coastal resort destination in Southern Vietnam.
