PICITY SKY PARK PROJECT OFFICIALLY TOPS OUT AHEAD OF SCHEDULE – A DEFINING MILESTONE OF DECOFI’S CAPABILITY AND CREDIBILITY AS MAIN CONTRACTOR

 
The ceremony was attended by the leadership of Pi Group, representatives of DECOFI, local authorities, strategic partners, as well as engineers, technical staff, and construction workers who have steadfastly accompanied the project throughout its implementation.
 


 
Following a phase of accelerated construction executed under stringent technical standards, PiCity Sky Park has successfully completed its structural works ahead of schedule and is now fully prepared to enter the finishing and advanced MEP installation stages.
 
At the ceremony, the Investor Pi Group presented DECOFI with two prestigious certificates:
 - The Certificate of 1,000,000 Safe Working Hours, affirming the project’s unwavering commitment to occupational safety on site.
 - The Certificate of Ahead-of-Schedule Construction with Quality Assurance, recognizing DECOFI’s outstanding capabilities in organization, coordination, and quality control.


 
In addition, DECOFI honored outstanding subcontractors and construction teams with commendation awards, acknowledging their dedication, strong sense of responsibility, and valuable contributions to delivering the project safely, with high quality, and on – and beyond – schedule.
 


The topping-out ceremony of PiCity Sky Park not only represents a crucial technical milestone but also further reinforces DECOFI’s reputation, execution capacity, and steadfast commitment to quality in its ongoing partnership with investors to deliver enduring, high-value developments over time.
