[PROGRESS UPDATE] – BINH DINH MARITIME SOCIAL HOUSING PROJECT (MARINA HOME)

To date, the project has reached Level 12, marking a major milestone in the formation of the project’s overall architectural identity. Core structural works are being implemented in a synchronized manner, while construction activities are closely supervised to ensure strict compliance with technical standards and occupational safety regulations.

In recent periods, the project was impacted by unfavorable weather conditions, including storms and heavy rainfall. In response, the site management team proactively implemented preventive, reinforcement, and recovery measures in a timely and effective manner. Thanks to thorough preparation and flexible construction strategies, the site quickly stabilized, maintaining continuous and safe construction momentum without affecting the overall project schedule as planned.



Each completed floor represents not only technical progress but also a strong testament to DECOFI’s construction management capability, practical expertise, and the persistent dedication of its engineers and workers on site in Bình Định.
