In October 2025, the atmosphere at The Aspira site is more dynamic than ever. The building structure has been completed up to the 12th floor, while reinforcement, formwork, concrete works, and structural finishing are being carried out simultaneously to ensure both schedule and quality. Scaffolding systems, hoists, and lifting equipment are operating in full synchronization, creating a smooth, safe, and efficient construction rhythm.

With extensive construction experience, outstanding management capacity, and the tireless dedication of DECOFI’s engineers and workers, The Aspira project is gradually taking shape—rising proudly amid the vibrant urban landscape of Bình Dương. Each completed floor stands as solid proof of the team’s commitment, competence, and determination.
