On the morning of October 10th, 2025, the groundbreaking ceremony took place in Tan Thanh Commune, Lam Dong Province, in an atmosphere filled with pride and enthusiasm. This event marks the beginning of a new chapter – the construction of a modern resort project where the DECOFI team continues to devote their expertise, dedication, and professional pride to every stage of execution, aiming to deliver a project of exceptional quality and long-lasting value.

The project is developed on a total land area of 12,190.48 m², with a construction footprint of 6,095 m², comprising one basement and twelve floors above ground, for a total gross floor area of 59,603.4 m². The Tourist Apartment Package includes 600 modern units, thoughtfully designed to maximize functionality and sea views while embracing the lush greenery unique to Lam Dong’s natural landscape.


 

The development is envisioned to provide a peaceful and eco-friendly retreat, blending comfort and nature, and is expected to be completed and operational by the second quarter of 2028.
