On the morning of June 26, 2025, the topping-out ceremony for the basement and groundbreaking for the superstructure of The Aspira project took place in a solemn and meaningful atmosphere. After a challenging basement phase that required navigating complex geological conditions and stringent construction requirements, DECOFI, the main contractor, successfully completed the substructure on schedule, ensuring the highest standards of technical precision and safety.
