Entering Octorber 2025, the Simona Heights site has achieved remarkable milestones. Tower B1 has completed its structural frame up to the 21st floor, while Tower B2 has reached the 22nd — a clear testament to the focus, coordination, and dedication of DECOFI’s engineers, workers, and site management team. Works involving formwork, rebar installation, concrete casting, and structural finishing are being executed in sync, ensuring progress, quality, and safety remain at the forefront.
From scaffolding and tower cranes to operational systems, every detail is closely supervised and strictly aligned with technical standards — reflecting DECOFI’s outstanding organizational capability and extensive experience in executing large-scale projects.
Designed as a premium residential complex in the heart of Quy Nhơn, Simona Heights promises to deliver a modern, comfortable, and distinctive living space — where every rising floor embodies the dedication and craftsmanship of the DECOFI team.
