CARRYING FORWARD A SUCCESSFUL MILESTONE – SIMONA HEIGHTS PROJECT OFFICIALLY TOPS OUT

The ceremony was attended by representatives of Phu My Quy Nhon Investment JSC, DECOFI as the Main Contractor, consulting firms, subcontractors, along with the team of engineers, technical staff, and workers who have steadfastly accompanied the project throughout the construction process.



Following a period of intensive, well-organized construction carried out in strict compliance with technical and safety standards, the Simona Heights project has completed its structural works and officially reached the topping-out stage. The project is now ready to move into the finishing phase and the installation of technical systems in accordance with the approved plan.

At the ceremony, Phu My Quy Nhon Investment JSC presented DECOFI with a Certificate of 1,000,000 Safe Working Hours. This meaningful recognition serves as clear evidence of DECOFI’s strong and consistent commitment to occupational safety management, ensuring an
absolutely safe working environment on site throughout the construction process.



The achievement of 1,000,000 safe working hours not only reflects the discipline, responsibility, and professionalism of DECOFI’s engineers, technical staff, and workforce, but also affirms the company’s well-structured and professional construction management capabilities.
