GROUNDBREAKING CEREMONY OF ASIA SCHOOL DA NANG PROJECT

The Asia School Da Nang Project is part of the Asia International School System, Ho Chi Minh City, and is positioned as one of the most modern, large-scale, and internationally standardized educational developments in the region. Strategically located at a key gateway connecting existing urban areas with emerging economic zones, the project is expected to become a landmark of education and architecture in Da Nang City and the Central region.

The project is developed on a 20,855 m² land area, with a civil construction scale and a total gross floor area of up to 55,548 m². Each space within the campus is scientifically and humanely designed, emphasizing harmony between architecture, functionality, natural lighting, and green spaces, comprehensively meeting students’ needs for intellectual growth, skills development, talents, and physical well-being.



Following a thorough and well-structured preparation process and the completion of all legal procedures in full compliance with regulations, DECOFI Construction and Design Joint Stock Company, in coordination with the Asia Pacific International School Ho Chi Minh City, officially held the groundbreaking ceremony in an atmosphere of solemnity, excitement, and great anticipation.

Continuing its construction footprint across the Central region, the project marks an important milestone in DECOFI’s strategy to expand construction activities nationwide. Being entrusted to accompany such a large-scale, human-centered educational project is a great honor and pride for DECOFI.
