[PROGRESS UPDATE] – PICITY SKY PARK PROJECT – JUNE 2025

As of June 2025, the construction site at PiCity Sky Park is buzzing with energy and activity. DECOFI, as the main contractor, is currently executing the structural works of the typical floors and proceeding with the rough finishing stage. Every aspect of the construction is under strict control in terms of quality, safety, and schedule. The synchronized operation of scaffolding systems and tower cranes forms an orderly, modern, and highly professional working environment.

With solid construction expertise, extensive experience in large-scale projects, and a deep commitment to excellence, DECOFI is dedicated to maintaining progress, quality, and safety throughout the construction process. We are working tirelessly to ensure PiCity Sky Park is completed on time, meeting the highest construction standards. Each milestone on site reflects DECOFI’s spirit of innovation, youthful energy, and resilient determination.

Guided by the philosophy of sustainable development, PiCity Sky Park is envisioned as a green, modern, and comfortable living space. On this foundation, DECOFI is collaborating closely with the investor to bring to life a vibrant and livable urban community.
DECOFI will continue to share the latest images and updates from the site in the coming weeks. Stay tuned and join us in following this meaningful and passionate journey of creation!
