MARINA HOME – A NEW MILESTONE FOR GENERAL CONTRACTOR DECOFI

On the morning of April 24th, 2025, in Quy Nhon City, Binh Dinh Province, Design and Construction Joint Stock Company No.1 (DECOFI), in collaboration with the Investor – Marine Stock Company, solemnly held the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the Binh Dinh Maritime Social Housing Project – Marina Home. This event marks the beginning of a high-quality social housing development and demonstrates a strong commitment to sustainable housing solutions for the local community.

Located on the arterial Tran Hung Dao Street, Marina Home boasts a strategic position in Hai Cang Ward – the most densely populated area in Quy Nhon City. Just over 200 meters from the sea, the project offers sweeping views of the coastline, Quy Nhon Port, and Thi Nai Lagoon. With a total area of approximately 5,066.4 m², the project features a 24-storey modern building with 530 apartments, ranging from 42.3 m² to 76.54 m². The layout is optimized to meet the practical housing needs of middle- and low-income workers. The ground floor is designated for community-oriented commercial and service spaces, the 2nd and 3rd floors are modern above-ground parking facilities, and the remaining levels house 1 to 3-bedroom apartments, designed for functional living and a green, airy lifestyle.

As the general contractor, DECOFI is committed to delivering superior construction quality, adhering strictly to the construction schedule, and complying fully with technical standards, occupational safety, and environmental regulations. The event was attended by representatives from Binh Dinh Province, the investor, DECOFI’s leadership, the project management team, partners, engineers, and various media units. The project is expected to be completed by Q4 2026, built to commercial standards yet offered at an accessible price, serving eligible buyers under current social housing regulations.
