The Aspira project consists of 2 basement levels, 2 blocks, and 30 above-ground floors—representing a project of significant scale and quality. Notably, the project reached its topping-out milestone 30 days ahead of schedule, clearly demonstrating DECOFI’s strong construction capability and disciplined working spirit.

Behind this milestone is the continuous effort of DECOFI’s engineers, staff, and workers on site. These are long working days from early morning until late evening, extended shifts under harsh weather conditions, along with schedule pressure and strict technical requirements
