At the recent topping-out ceremony, DECOFI was honored to receive a Certificate of Merit from the Developer, recognizing the remarkable milestone of 1,000,000 safe working hours —a result of the unwavering dedication and collective effort of the entire on-site team.



Notably, the project’s achievement of progressing over 30 days ahead of schedule was not driven by acceleration alone, but by maintaining a safe, stable, and consistent working environment. 
Because when safety is ensured, every phase of construction can proceed seamlessly, continuously, and efficiently.

Behind this impressive milestone lies the persistence in small, daily actions—consistently followed and reinforced:
• Weekly safety briefings to review regulations and share practical insights 
• Safety posters and slogans placed throughout the site as constant reminders
• Dedicated safety engineers closely monitoring and ensuring proper work practices for every individual
• Strictly controlled construction processes to minimize potential risks
