DECOFI CELEBRATES THE TOPPING-OUT OF MARINA HOME QUY NHON

Strategically located on Tran Hung Dao Street, Hai Cang Ward – one of the most vibrant areas of Quy Nhon City, Marina Home enjoys a prime location just over 200 meters from the coastline, offering stunning views of the sea, Quy Nhon Port, and the picturesque Thi Nai Lagoon.

Developed on a land area of approximately 5,066.4 m², the project comprises a 24-storey residential tower with 530 apartments ranging from 42.3 m² to 76.54 m², designed to meet the practical housing needs of middle- and lower-income residents.

Today’s topping-out milestone is especially meaningful as the project has progressed through various construction phases under challenging weather conditions caused by storms and heavy rainfall in Central Vietnam. Despite these difficulties, the DECOFI team remained steadfast in its commitment, maintaining a strong on-site presence, implementing safe construction solutions, and ensuring progress in accordance with the schedule committed to the Project Owner.



Completing the structural works on schedule not only demonstrates DECOFI’s project execution capabilities but also reflects the unity, determination, and resilience of its engineers and workers in delivering high-quality projects built to stand the test of time.
