Following the topping-out milestone, the project’s appearance is evolving rapidly. The removal of external scaffolding systems is unveiling the development’s contemporary architectural features, allowing its modern design to emerge under the sunlight.

Inside the building, wall plastering works have been completed, while floor screeding and tiling activities are progressing simultaneously across multiple areas. Spaces that once existed only on architectural drawings are now transforming into real apartments, steadily taking on their final form.



In parallel, ceiling installation, elevator system installation, and apartment door coordination works are being carried out according to schedule, contributing to the completion of the facilities and functional spaces that will serve future residents.

No longer defined by the raw structures of its early construction phase, Picity Sky Park is gradually embracing the identity of a modern residential development, where every detail is crafted with dedication, professionalism, and a strong sense of responsibility from the construction team.
