This milestone event marks an important step in the strategic partnership between the two enterprises while reaffirming DECOFI’s outstanding capabilities and strong presence in general contracting in the South-Central Coastal Region.
 
Following the success of the Simona Heights project, this new collaboration for the Social Housing Project in Zone 1 Dong Da continues the shared journey of partnership and mutual growth. DECOFI will once again serve as the main contractor, working alongside the investor, Phu My Quy Nhon Construction Investment.


 
The Social Housing Project in Zone 1 Dong Da, located in Dong Da Ward, Quy Nhon City, covers a total construction area of 18,731 m². The development features a 12-story residential building with approximately 300 apartments and 19 adjacent townhouses with four floors each, designed in a modern condominium style. This project not only meets the growing demand for quality housing but also aims to foster a comfortable, modern living environment aligned with the region's sustainable development objectives.
