The New Era Cold Storage (NECS) Project – Phase 2 stands as a flagship development, leading in scale and technology in Vietnam and Southeast Asia. As the main contractor, DECOFI continues to assert its pioneering role by implementing advanced construction solutions that meet the most stringent requirements of the Investor.

Entering the final stretch, Phase 2 of the NECS Project is progressing with the utmost focus from the entire team, completing the remaining components to ensure on-time delivery as committed.

The entire structural framework and foundational construction have been completed. As of now, the project is on track with the established timeline. DECOFI not only emphasizes progress but also prioritizes quality and workplace safety, adhering strictly to technical standards throughout the construction process.
