On January 18, 2024, marking the beginning of DECOFI's project series for 2024, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Picity Sky Park apartment complex of the High-rise Residential Combined with Commercial and Office Services Project officially took place. It introduces a sophisticated and versatile living space in the high-rise residential, commercial, and office service area.

The project, led by Kim Son Investment Hotel Joint Stock Company and developed by Pi Group, witnessed the attendance of the leadership of the Investor, DECOFI's general construction contractor, esteemed partners, distributors, media agencies, subcontractors, the Project Management Board, local authorities, and potential investors.

Picity Sky Park boasts a prime location, constructed on a vast land area of 10,611 square meters, with a building density of 53% of the total area. The project comprises three apartment blocks with a height of 149 meters, consisting of Park 1-3 with 40 floors and Park 2 with 20 floors. It is designed with 2.5 basement levels, a 6-floor commercial podium, and 34 residential floors, offering a total of 1,567 units, including apartments, officetels, and shophouses.
