DECOFI organizes the Groundbreaking Ceremony for Wyndham Grand Lagoona Binh Chau

The signing ceremony of the General Contractor contract and the commencement - phase 2 of the Wyndham Grand Lagoona Binh Chau resort and villa complex, marked the beginning of the cooperation of two leading brands in the industry, aiming to ensure the progress and project construction quality.

Lagoona Binh Chau is divided into 2 phases of development investment. In phase 1, the investor has built and launched Shop Villa and Premier Villa, with long ownership terms. Phase 2 will launch Park Villa, Lake Villa, River Villa, Beach Villa, hotel apartments, and 5-star standard hotels, whose operator and management unit is the prestigious Wyndham Grand. To build a luxurious and modern resort complex but still preserving and following the local quintessence, Dat Gia always focuses on choosing a design partner as well as operating or constructing the project.

The design unit for Phase 2 of Lagoona Binh Chau is Design Lab (Design Lab Architects Designer) - a unit that has implemented many large-scale projects in Europe, the Middle East, Central America, China, India, and Europe. Design Lab does not use a predefined design style, instead they thoroughly research the location, local culture, and client and operator ideas to create a comprehensive and optimal style.  

The next phase to be launched is the cooperation with the General Contractor DECOFI - a company with more than 30-year of experience and reputation in the Construction Industry. Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Minh Tam - DECOFI’s General Director committed to completing construction items and handing them over on schedule, along with safety and construction quality. It is expected that DECOFI will complete the entire Shop Villa, Premier Villa, and Park Villa of the Project in the second quarter of 2023, and complete the entire Wyndham Grand Lagoona Binh Chau project in the second quarter of 2025.
