SIGNING CEREMONY AND COMMENCEMENT OF WYNDHAM GRAND LAGOONA RESORT BINH CHAU

The signing ceremony was attended by Dat Gia's leadership, general contractor DECOFI, the piling contractor FECON South, esteemed partners, media organizations, subcontractors, project management committee members, local government representatives, and potential investors.

Wyndham Grand LAGOONA, a complex of resorts and beachfront villas, is owned by Dat Gia Real Estate Trading and Consulting LLC, with a total area of 27.5 hectares. It is situated in the Binh Chau commune, Xuyen Moc district, Ba Ria - Vung Tau province. After more than a year of DECOFI being the general contractor for Zone A - The Legacy Resort Home, which is currently in the final stages of completion and handover, Dat Gia has entrusted DECOFI with the total contract for Zone B - The Resort Zone.
