DECOFI – CONTINUING THE JOURNEY AT COSTAMIGO RESORT COMPLEX

Earlier this week in Binh Thuan, DECOFI proudly hosted the groundbreaking ceremony for the Costamigo Resort Complex project. This marks a significant milestone following DECOFI's successes in constructing villa models, restaurants, pools, and landscapes for the project.
The Costamigo Resort Complex is located in Thuan Quy commune, Ham Thuan Nam district, Binh Thuan province, covering an area of 125,400 m2, a dedicated 2.06 hectares for communal activities promises to enhance the quality of life for the local residents.
The ceremony witnessed the presence of DECOFI's leadership, esteemed investors, and the project's command team. Building on the triumphs of the previous two contracts, the high trust and confidence from the investors drive DECOFI to sign new agreements and continue construction across the entire project. Leveraging its current capabilities and continuous improvement, DECOFI as the main contractor pledges to deliver project components to the investor on schedule, ensuring safety and quality.
