DECOFI WELCOMES ITS 2026 INTERNS

During the first orientation session, the interns were introduced to DECOFI’s history and development, its key business sectors, and a number of notable projects currently being implemented across the country. Through this introduction, they gained valuable insights into the company’s working environment, corporate culture, and the core values that DECOFI has upheld throughout more than three decades of growth and success.



A key component of the program was the construction site safety briefing conducted on the interns’ very first day. The students were familiarized with essential safety regulations, fundamental workplace safety practices, and important precautions to follow while working on-site. This training was designed to ensure that their internship experience is conducted safely, efficiently, and in accordance with industry standards.

The session also provided an opportunity for open discussions between the interns, DECOFI’s leadership team, and department managers. Questions regarding technical expertise, workplace culture, learning opportunities, and career development were addressed in a candid and supportive manner, helping the students feel more confident as they begin their internship journey.



To mark the occasion, DECOFI presented the interns with company uniforms and safety helmets. These gifts not only served as a warm welcome but also reflected the company’s commitment to supporting and accompanying future engineers throughout their internship experience.



DECOFI believes that practical industry exposure, combined with guidance from experienced managers and professionals, will equip the interns with valuable knowledge, strengthen their professional skills, and help them take meaningful steps toward becoming accomplished construction engineers.
