DECOFI HONOURS OUTSTANDING STUDENTS IN THE “SUMMER BREAK CLASS” AWARDS CEREMONY

Every certificate of achievement and every academic milestone represents not only the hard work, perseverance, and dedication of the students, but also a source of pride for their families and an inspiration for them to continue striving for success in their educational journey.

In a warm and cheerful atmosphere, the children participated in a variety of exciting games, enjoyed sweet treats, and received meaningful gifts from the company. Their joyful laughter and excitement upon receiving their awards created a memorable and heartwarming occasion for everyone involved.



These awards carry far more than material value; they reflect DECOFI’s commitment to supporting the growth and development of employees’ children. For those whose parents are currently working at remote construction sites and project locations and were unable to attend the event, the Trade Union will provide the awards via bank transfer, ensuring that every achievement is recognized and celebrated in a timely manner.

The annual student recognition program is one of the meaningful welfare initiatives consistently maintained by the DECOFI Trade Union. Beyond encouraging the children, it also serves as an expression of appreciation to the families of DECOFI employees, whose unwavering support enables our team members to work with confidence and dedication.
