YEAR-END CELEBRATION – HO CHI MINH REGION 2025

 

The 20th day of the twelfth lunar month – the Founders’ Day – is not only a meaningful traditional milestone for the construction industry, but also a moment for professionals to pause, express gratitude to predecessors, honor the craft, and reflect on the journey of the past year. The morning commenced with a solemn incense-offering ceremony, followed by the year-end management review meeting, where performance figures, achievements, lessons learned, and strategic directions were discussed with clarity, transparency, and accountability.



Building upon that foundation, the year-end gala under the theme “United in Purpose – Building Beyond Boundaries” officially unfolded in an atmosphere that was both dignified and warmly connected. The theme was more than a slogan for an event; it embodied DECOFI’s core spirit: when a collective moves in unison toward a shared goal, every challenge can be overcome and every project can reach higher standards of excellence.



During the program, Mr. Pham Hung Cuong – Chairman of the Board of Directors – delivered the 2025 annual address, recognizing the unwavering efforts of all employees and the invaluable partnership support throughout the year. His candid reflections on the market landscape, opportunities, and challenges demonstrated a long-term vision and a steadfast development strategy. He also extended New Year wishes for 2026 with strong confidence that DECOFI will continue to accelerate growth, elevate its brand, and reinforce its position through quality, credibility, and a deep sense of responsibility.
