DECOFI: STANDING STRONG THROUGH CHALLENGES – ACCELERATING TOWARDS OUR 2026 GOALS

Amid ongoing fluctuations in the construction market, the meeting provided an important opportunity to review the Company’s performance, assess both opportunities and challenges, and align on strategic priorities and key solutions for the journey ahead.



During the meeting, the Board of Directors and management team engaged in open and constructive discussions regarding the challenges facing the Company. In addition to workforce-related pressures—particularly the need to attract, develop, and retain high-quality talent—the industry continues to experience volatility in material prices, input costs, and supply chain operations. These factors have created significant challenges in maintaining project schedules and operational efficiency.



In response, participants analyzed underlying causes, shared practical experiences, and proposed a range of solutions aimed at enhancing resource management, optimizing costs, and strengthening collaboration between departments and project teams. The Board also outlined key priorities for the coming months, with a focus on improving competitiveness while ensuring quality, timely delivery, and operational excellence across all business activities.



Beyond reviewing performance and shaping future strategies, the meeting reflected the strong unity and commitment of the DECOFI team. From office-based functions to on-site project teams, every member shares a common determination to take action, adapt proactively to market changes, overcome challenges, and achieve the objectives set for 2026.
