DECOFI WELCOMES INTERNS - NURTURING YOUNG TALENTS

Recently, DECOFI had the honor of welcoming students from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology - Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) and Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry to participate in our internship program. The meeting took place in a joyful and friendly atmosphere with the attendance of the Board of Directors, department representatives, and the interns. This event is part of the company’s commitment to training and developing young, talented, and promising human resources for the construction industry.

To provide students with practical experience, DECOFI regularly organizes internship programs for those who have a passion for construction, architecture, engineering, and related fields.

At the meeting, DECOFI sincerely shared the company’s development orientation and emphasized the importance of young human resources in achieving that strategy. The interns were introduced to the working environment, corporate culture, and development opportunities at DECOFI. Before starting practical work at the construction sites, department heads provided essential, real-world knowledge and conducted safety training sessions, equipping the interns with safety gear such as protective helmets and vests.
