DECOFI HOLDS 2024 EMPLOYEE CONFERENCE

On May 25, 2024, the 2024 Employee Conference was held in the company’s auditorium with the participation of the Board of Directors and a large number of DECOFI’s staff and workers.

The company’s leadership extended a warm welcome and heartfelt thanks to all employees for their valuable efforts and contributions over the past year. Detailed and lively reports on business operations in 2023 and the first half of 2024, along with notable projects, were presented.

At the conference, employees actively contributed many ideas and proposals to the leadership. Key issues of concern included improving working conditions, welfare policies, and training to enhance employee skills. Representatives from the Board of Directors and the Company’s Union listened, responded, and addressed the feedback thoroughly and reasonably.

The DECOFI leadership also outlined the development orientation and key goals for 2024.
