35th anniversary of decofi

To mark this golden milestone, the big DECOFI family gathered at Costamigo Resort – a signature project built by DECOFI itself – to share three days overflowing with emotions.
Opening this special series of events, the 35th Anniversary Gala brought an atmosphere both explosive and meaningful. Together, we walked along the “Path of Paintings” to look back on our radiant journey, lived the proud moment as our leaders placed symbolic bricks to continue the path of growth, and expressed deep gratitude to colleagues who have devoted many years. The song “DECOFI – Trust Creates Belief” resonated in every heart, accompanied by heartfelt performances from engineer “dancers,” a creative fashion show inspired by the colors of construction, and joyous laughter from the lively lô tô singing game. All came together to create a memorable and complete Gala night.



Right after the emotional Gala, the DECOFI family burst with energy on the blue seaside through a vibrant Team Building program. The games not only brought cheerful laughter and wholehearted runs on the white sand, but also gave us moments to hold hands tightly, overcome challenges, and ignite the flame of solidarity and collective strength.
When dusk fell, the warm campfire night followed, lighting up determination and connecting every DECOFI heart. The flickering flames not only gave warmth but also reminded each of us of the pride we carry. In that circle of firelight, we sang together, laughed together, and affirmed our resolve to break through and grow stronger in the years ahead.
