In the initial orientation session, students had the opportunity to hear from department representatives about the real-world working environment, corporate culture, modern construction processes, and most importantly, in-depth knowledge of occupational safety. Beyond theory, interns were equipped with full safety gear and practical skills to confidently step into real project sites, where academic learning is transformed into valuable hands-on experience.
