DECOFI Successfully Organizes the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders 2025
- 1. Dismissal of a Board Member: The Meeting approved the dismissal of Mr. Nguyen Ba Tho from the Board of Directors for the 2024–2029 term.
- 2. Election of an Additional Board Member: The Meeting elected Mr. Đặng Hồng Minh to the Board of Directors for the 2024–2029 term, contributing to enhanced governance capacity and alignment with the Company’s development orientation.
- 3. Amendments to the Company Charter: The Meeting approved amendments and supplements to several provisions of the Company’s Charter to better reflect operational realities and strengthen corporate governance efficiency.
The Meeting was conducted in full compliance with regulations, in a professional manner, and received high consensus from the shareholders.
