Teambuilding 2022 - Warmth, connection and sharing

Warmth, connection and sharing are what this year's team building program is oriented towards.
During an exciting team-building tour in the coastal town of Cam Ranh starting on July 7th until 07.10.2022, DECOFI had an extremely warm and hot days with ERAS GROUP and its member companies like BMSC, NECS, STEEL BUILDER, LIGHT SAIGON HIGH-RISE BUILDING.
DECOFI understands the desire to let go of all the stress during the days of "a hundred thousand jobs", so the company organized a team building trip in Cam Ranh to gain new experiences and replenish your youthful energy.
On the first day, Nha Trang welcomed us with a beautiful and peaceful dawn. The sunshine of dawn shone brightly as drops of energy, adding to our exhilarating fun. What could be more wonderful than inhaling that airy, fresh air together next to Cam Ranh beach!
We were able to tour Nha Trang, freely exploring the ancient and equally majestic beauty of Ponagar Tower, Long Son Pagoda and Nha Trang Cathedral. We walked together and checked-in how happy we were to take pictures together.
After that, we stopped to rest at the 5-star resort Wyndham Garden Cam Ranh – the convergence of the most beautiful natural features of the sea in our country. We are served delicious buffets and enjoy the most luxurious amenities.
On the second day, we organized team building activities to unite teamwork, arouse excitement and solidarity among DECOFI members. We are divided into 5 teams to participate in tough games together. The clear blue sky, cool sea breeze and happy smile on our lips seemed to strengthen us. No matter how difficult the challenges are, we can overcome them with great strength. Here, right on the beach of this resort, there is only happy laughter, all sorrows disappear.
And finally, the Gala night "CONNECTING BELIEFS – SHINING TOGETHER" closed the teambuilding journey. You will have deep moments when looking back together with the proud footage of the journey that DECOFI has gone through; burning with vibrant repertoire; or raising a glass of wine together to celebrate victory.
It all made for a meaningful team building season. Thank you all for sticking together and building a stronger DECOFI name.
