🌼Quy Nhon, September 16th, 2023 - In a promising and significant stride forward, Design & Construction Joint Stock Company No.1 (DECOFI) in cooperation with the Investor, Xuân Diệu Investment and Development Joint Stock Company, proudly organized the groundbreaking ceremony for the Xuan Dieu Hotel and Tourist Apartment Complex. This project marks a crucial milestone in DECOFI's development, expansion, and its commitment to the Construction Industry across our beloved homeland.

The Xuan Dieu Hotel and Tourist Apartment Complex, strategically located by the beach at 99 Tran Hung Dao Street, Hai Cang Ward, the beautiful coastal city of Quy Nhon, promises to be an enchanting and potential-rich destination for tourism. The project boasts a scale of 2 towers, 35 and 29 stories high, 2 basement levels, and 1 technical floor, comprising 220 hotel rooms and 225 apartment units.
