DECOFI solemnly to organize the Congress of Grassroots Trade Unions for the term 2023 - 2028

On the morning of April 22, DECOFI had organized the Congress of Grassroots Trade Unions for the term 2023 - 2028
The Congress was attended by trade union leaders of Ho Chi Minh City including: Mr. Pham Nguyen An Loi - Chairman of the Trade Union of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; Mr. Nguyen Minh Tam - DECOFI's General Director; and all Trade Union of DECOFI.
At the Congress, we heard the report summarizing the Trade Union activities for the term 2017 - 2022 and activites for the term 2023 - 2028. Besides, the Executive Committee of the DECOFI's Grassroots Trade Union in the term 2017 - 2022 has practically evaluated the results of our activities during this term.
- Achieve 100% of the targets of the Resolution for the term 2017 - 2022;
- Develop 100% of Union members with labor contracts of more than 1 year;
- Ensure the organization and quality meetings of employees, signing the collective labor agreement;
- The Executive Committee of the Trade Union for the term 2017 - 2022 assessed the advantages and disadvantages and the causes of limitations in the implementation process, give the key activities and directions for the term 2023 - 2028;
- 100% of Trade Union members are fully aware of the guidelines and policies, laws of the State, Directives and Resolutions of the Congress of Trade Unions.
Mr. Pham Nguyen An Loi - Chairman of the Trade Union of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development also directed the Congress, appreciated the performance of DECOFI's Executive Committee of the Trade Union for the term 2017 - 2022 and the preparation for organizing the Congress.
The Congress also elected Mr. Ho Minh Chau to assume Chairman of the Grassroots Trade Union of the Construction and Design Joint Stock Company No.1 for the term 2023 - 2028, 4 official delegates and 1 alternate delegate.
